Checkout and Inspection of Vacuum Oil Purifier

The electrical equipments (various meters) of vacuum oil purifier should be tested and inspected periodically by testing facility. They can just be put into use after passing the test. Check if the machine is installed steadily and if there is swing and vibration when doing trial operation.
Check if the inlet and outlet pipes of vacuum oil purifier are installed correctly and if the external pipes are installed firmly. The joint of flexible pipe and metal tube should be banded by monkey hoop to prevent the detachment when oil pipelines are on operation. Check if the external power source is correct and if the power cable connected can meet the capacity requirement of oil purifier.
The machine casing of vacuum oil purifier should be reliably connected to the ground. Check if there is no jam for all the rotating parts. Conduct trial operation and check if the rotation directions of motors of oil pumps and vacuum pumps and so on meet the requirement. Check if the connection of cooling water is reliable and the water route is unblocked. Check if the fire fighting equipment on the site meets the requirement.
